Children & Young People Services

Specialist support in the community or at home

For many years we’ve supported children and young people with a wide range of disabilities to join in activities, make friends, achieve new things, and live as active and independent a life as possible.

We will work alongside you to create a personalised support plan around your child/young person’s needs and interests so they can access the activities they enjoy as well as enabling them to try new experiences: whether that’s a physical activity such as swimming and bowling, taking part in group activities such as Brownies or Scouts or a more laid back and social activity such as visiting a local café or just enjoying some fresh air at the local park.

Our fully trained staff are on hand to encourage and offer support where needed to develop and promote independence and friendships that go beyond the support we offer.

We also know that some children/young people might want some support in their own home and we’re happy to discuss that as an option as well.
